Store Display

Brad would often walk by the store display at night on his way home from work. He usually didn’t give much notice to the mannequins behind the glass of the closed shop, but today he stopped. For just a moment, he swore he saw one of the mannequins move. He was sure he was seeing things, so he decided to be on his way, but he was frozen in place. He couldn’t move. His body had tensed up. He was sure that his skin was starting to look like plastic just before his vision went dark.

It cleared a few moments later, but he realized he was now on the other side of the glass. His skin seemed fleshy again, and he could move. He looked outside to where he had been to see a male mannequin standing there wearing the clothes he had been wearing. Then he looked down a yellow dress he had seen in the window. It seemed impossible, but he somehow switched places with one of the mannequins -- except he was a real woman while his own body was now lifeless plastic. He realized he’d have to wait until morning when they unlocked the store. He had no idea how he was going to explain how he got in here to anyone, but he had all night to think of a good excuse. Surely no one would buy the truth!

  1. In the morning the store owner came to a stop there were news truck and firetruck in front of his store what he found were seven male mannequins out side and seven confused and scarred woman inside with the doors locked. no one ever knew how it happened the seven woman were given movie and book deals and were science projects by the military but in the end seven male mannequins were locked up and seven woman had lots of money and new ID's to go with there new bodies. come to find out it was a drunk wizard who walked by the window display and cast a spell that is how it all happened.
