Ever since Jorge proposed to Evelyn, he noticed a change. She was slowly turning into a Bridezilla. She was yelling at him all the time and so demanding. He was happy to get a bit of peace and quiet when she went off to try on wedding dresses. But in a quick flash as he turned his head, he saw his bride-to-be. But it wasn’t her, it was her reflection. He turned quickly, but she wasn’t behind him. Then it dawned on him--he had become Evelyn! He admired his new figure in the mirror, and then he smiled. If he was now Evelyn, that meant he was now the bride. He could be the demanding one now. The smile turned into a smirk and eventually a chuckle.

Pink dress (Part 2)

Next, Trevor heard a door open on the other side of the lab. He looked over to see the lab techs walk in a very familiar face. It was HIM! Rather, it was his body. He was starting to put two-and-two together about the whole body-switching thing right about now. The pink dress and the shoes were a tip-off, but seeing his own body in the doorway REALLY drove the point home.

Andrew heard a horn honk; Lina’s friends were here to pick her up. He looked over to see that she was still passed out in his body. What was he going to do? Should he tell them? They would never believe such a wild story! Maybe he should just pretend to be Lina for now. He tossed on a sundress, grabbed Lina’s purse, and headed out. He would try not to be gone for long; however, just as he left, Lina in his body began to stir.

“I’m sorry, Caroline, I really am.” Marcus tried his best to console her, “When I was drafted, I really, really didn’t want to go. They gave me a week before reporting for duty, so I researched and discovered this weird body swapping spell in an old book at the library. As a woman--as you--they’ll never be able to draft me. If you make it back--when you make it back--I promise to give you your body back.”

Caroline could only stare at Marcus. She was so angry at him for stealing her body. As he was about to head off on the bus to go to basic training and inevitably war, she thought about running away, going to Canada. It wouldn’t be her good name in trouble, it would be Marcus’s. But if she was caught, would she ever convince Marcus to swap back with her?

As Devin walked back from the parking lot to the mall, he thought that he should probably be more concerned that he had swapped bodies with his daughter, but instead he started thinking about cool new outfits he could buy and boys he thought was cute. He caught himself as his mind wandered; there was something changing in mindset. He was starting to think like Katie. This might be an interesting way to get to know her better, but he feared getting lost with her personality slowly encroaching on his!

Michael sat there for hours, not quite sure what to do next. Then he soon heard someone shouting for him--his name, his REAL name. He stood up to look in the distance, and it was Keiko--the REAL Keiko. She had a huge smile on her face.

“It worked, Michael!” She yelled, “It worked...well, mostly!”

“Yeah, you’re telling me!”

“Well, the good news is that most of us are back in the right body, but there was...a problem.” Keiko paused, “Your body died in the process. It overloaded or something. I got your soul out here.”

“I guess I should be grateful. But what about the girl whose body I’m in now?”

“She’s safe in that older body I was in. The bitch who caused this whole mess was in your body when it died. I have the spell still; I’ll give it to you. You can feel free to use it however you wish. I won’t say a word that it even still exists.”
