Marcus tried to think about the results of the Great Shift logically. In a truly random situation, there was a 51% chance that he’d end up in a woman’s body -- that piece of the puzzle made sense. And he ended up in a body that was statically younger than the 38.7 year old average. He avoided the 30% of bodies that were overweight. And yet somehow he was still disappointed by the results.
Crystal’s body was just...kinda average. There was some quite attractive people in the office like Tristian or Sandra...who couldn’t he have been one of them? Then again, how many attractive people were there in his one hundred person office? Becoming one of them seemed very unlikely.
So he kept telling himself, Crystal’s body was statistically about the best he could’ve hoped for, and yet...it was still disappointing.
