Both Robert and Tyler were interested in what their wives were going to buy them for Christmas. With no hints to go off of, the two friends got desperate. They turned to a spell they found on the internet that would supposedly let them find out someone else’s secrets. They both decided to target their respective wives. The spell did not go as planned.
After casting it, each man found himself at the mall, sitting on the bench, and inside the body of their own wife. For the first few minutes of being swapped, they both just sat there in shock. And even though both were swapped, neither was sure that they weren’t the only ones. They both kept thinking of a way to ask that wouldn’t be strange.

Wizardry
“Do you have any idea what page you read from, Mom?” Harvey asked, “Honestly, I leave one book out from my wizardry college and you just happen to read a body swap spell. Now I’ve got to dig through thousands of pages to find the reversal, because I don’t want to be spending too much time in your body.”
Harvey’s mom tried to hide her smile. There was something humorous to her about seeing her son struggle with aspects of her body.
“I get that you think it’s funny to see me stumbling around in your heels, and I’m not exactly comfortable in the rest of your clothes either. But your glasses keep sliding off your nose, which is making it difficult to read this book, so if you could stop laughing and start helping, I’d really appreciate it.”

Drowning
“Help! Help!” Jack screamed once he realized he was drowning in the lake. It didn’t make any sense. He was such an excellent swimmer, but suddenly he had just felt so disoriented.
“Help” He screamed one more time, expecting his lungs to fill with water any second. Instead, he found himself continuing to breathe air. In fact, he was no longer in the water at all but standing on the shore instead. He was confused, and when he looked down it only got worse. He realized the body he now saw wasn’t his own.
Soon enough, a person came along to investigate Jack’s earlier cries for help, and asked Jack what was wrong.
“I guess I’m drowning,” Jack replied, “Or my body is drowning. It’s over there in the lake.
“You’re drowning?” The person asked.
“I was. I’m not...me. Not anymore, I guess. I really don’t know what’s going on...”

Bad Trip (Part 2)
It took Nick a while to accept that he had really swapped bodies with someone else. For almost a week, he kept expecting the trip to end and he’d be back in the warehouse. However, once he came to terms with the fact that the Great Shift was reality, he tried not to let his new body get int he way of his lifestyle. He still loved going to raves in odd warehouses or out in the dessert. It also didn’t take long for Nick to make sure his new body’s outfits matched his own sense of style, much to the chagrin of his new body’s original owner and her husband. None of their criticism mattered much to him, however. He just wanted to continue being himself.

Bad Trip
It wasn’t uncommon for Nick to go to a warehouse party and not leave until the sun came up the next morning. Getting down to the electronic music and doing plenty of drugs just made the time slip by. But it was on one of these morning, he was starting to think he was having a bad trip. It was as if he wasn’t at the warehouse at all. It felt like he was instead on a quiet deck outside a house, sipping on some sort of green juice. Even stranger, he was hallucinating that his body was some sort of young suburban mom or something. But the odd thing was that he no longer felt high, nor could he hear or feel the music. It would take him a while to realize that this wasn’t a trip at all; he had actually swapped bodies with a suburban mom because of The Great Shift.
