John had hoped the bar would have a chill, relaxed atmosphere. Instead, it was a bit more like a club with pounding bass beats and lots of dancing. Still, a drink is a drink, and John could really use one right about now. It was also not lost on him that there were plenty of guys in this place checking him out. It was a feeling he wasn’t used to, but it was also something he quickly took advantage of to get a free drink. However, that free drink usually came with a price. The guy seemed to expect a conversation. Luckily for John, he didn’t really know much about himself and this body, which meant he could get away without sharing much while still seeming honest.
