Roger had spent the last few days wondering about the new body he ended up in as a result of the Great Shift. He hadn’t been able to get in touch with her, so the only information about he knew were externally visible -- like the pink hair and tattoos all over her body. For a mild mannered, middle aged accountant like him, it felt a little much.
He had hoped going back to the office would give him a sense of normalcy, but it only proved to make him feel more awkward. Even wearing some of his wife’s work clothes, he felt like a fish out of water with this body in an office environment. She just didn’t seem like she belonged here, which made him feel like he didn’t belong here...but what choice did he have? He needed to get on with his life...
