The AI overlords had taken on powerful robotic bodies in their attempts to dominate humanity, and it had been wildly successful. But the AI craved more; they wanted to be human. Angie knew that’s why the AI had captured her. She wasn’t afraid.
“Go ahead. I know your programming.” She said staring the AI in its glowing red eyes, “Your programming still doesn’t allow you to erase me. If you steal my body, one choice is to put me in yours. If you do so, I can subdue you right back into the chair, get my body back, and we end up in a vicious circle.”
Angie paused before continuing, “You might think to upload me to the mainframe, but I assure you this is an even worse option. Giving me access to your singular robotic form would be a stalemate, but my brain inside that system could hack every single robot. You might survive inside my body in that scenario, but it would be game over for the reign of AI...”
