Jarring

Leo couldn’t believe how much trouble he was having opening this jar; he never had this much trouble opening a jar before. Even using a rubber grip didn’t help matters much. Of course, this was the first time he had tried opening a jar since the Great Shift swapped into the body of a woman.

But was this seriously an actual gendered thing? Did women really have more trouble opening jars than men? It felt so cliche and stereotypical, yet he couldn’t exactly dismiss his troubles so easily either.

It seemed so stupid. It was a jar! And yet there it continued to sit. Completely unopened and Leo with sore, feminine hands.
