Jason arrived at the meeting room first and took a seat. He had been able to hack into the alien communications and was listening to their concerns about his new intellect. They were also discussing a recently discovered threat called the Xlyians. The Xlyians were known to completely cripple crews when they attacked, and they were approaching the ship. Jason knew he had to negotiate with the aliens quickly if he hoped to escape before the Xlyians arrived.
