Karl couldn’t believe what had just happened to him -- he was now a chick. Granted, a beautiful chick, but a chick none the less! He wasn’t exactly pleased about it. He just hoped that whatever had happened to him would be reversed in due course. Of course, as it turned out, there would be no reversing the Great Shift.
