Graham knew it was an accident. His roommate Peter had throwing a wishing token into this fountain the other week and wished for the perfect girlfriend. There was no way for him to know that the wish would transform Graham into that ideal.
The one fortunate aspect was that the transformation was slow. Graham could feel his body slowly changing into the type of woman that Peter often brought home with long hair and plenty of curves. But it was the mental changes that were really driving him mad. He found himself cleaning their shared apartment and cooking dinner for Peter.
Luckily, Graham still seemed to have enough of himself inside to try to stop this. He just needed to find another wishing token, which wasn’t easy. By the time he found one, he was sure his body was completely female. But he still had his mind, didn’t he?
He could only hope so as he threw the token into the fountain to make his wish. He wanted to wish to be normal again, but instead it came out, “I wish I could stay like this forever, and that everyone would forget the original Graham ever existed!”
He was horrified for a moment. But only a moment.
