Ahn often did her best to try to defy Asian stereotypes. Despite her thin frame and her stature at just over five feet tall, she was loud and obnoxious just about anywhere she went. And there’s no way she would allow herself to be pushed around...ever.
As she walked down the street, the man walking the other way kept on his path straight towards her. Well, she wasn’t going to be the one to step to the side. They were on a collision course, but she simply refused to budge. And despite all odds, when they collided, she remained standing.
But then she looked down to see her own body laying a pile of garbage.
“What the f---?” The words only partially escaped from strange lips in a register that was far too deep.
“I was thinking the same thing,” Her former body now said, “I supposed the last time I would’ve expected today was to swap bodies with someone, let alone a woman!”
Ahn wasn’t really paying attention though. She was more focused on herself, and thinking how no one would be expecting her to be quiet, shy, or timid now.
