Xander often wondered how past generations dealt with problems. AI had been unreliable, the internet was filled with lies, treatments were crude, and science just wasn’t up to par with where it was today.
For instance, he knew he suffered with depression. He knew he had from gender dysphoria. Yet dealing with either of those these days was as easy as popping a pill. They worked without any side effects. He could be in a world that felt alive and vibrant -- and do it in the gender of his choice. It would all happen in an instant.
He rarely ever used the pills to turn back into a guy any more. Why would he? Being a woman was what he wanted, and the pills made it a reality. Life was perfect.
