Adjusting to being Misaki was weird for Evan after the Great Shift put him into her body, but it wasn’t any of the things he intially expected. Being a woman was a novelty for about a day -- with all the sort of exploration and curiosity one would expect -- but it all quickly wore off. He ended up cutting her hair short because the length annoyed him, but he did find her dresses comfortable. But, again, none of that ended up feeling all that weird.
What he did have trouble with were his tastes -- like his literal tastes. He never thought anything was “too sweet” before, but as Misaki? Well, sugary things often felt gross. Vegetables tasted better -- vegetables!!! And, of course, he found Misaki’s body loved Asian food. He guessed it made sense; it was what her body was raised on. But it was still the one weird part of this whole Great Shift thing he had trouble getting over...
