Her driver’s license was at the very bottom of the purse. He almost missed it. She seemed so disorganized, and that wasn’t Peter’s style at all -- he had even neatly arranged the items he took out of her bag.

For real? Karen? Somehow this was worse than finding out he was 37. He had become a literal Karen. He did his best to shrug it off before moving onto the address. Then he looked at the keys from the purse. Her car was almost certainly in the coffee shop’s parking lot. Perhaps he could find more answers about Karen at her home.
