Tyler and his friends had been hogging all the courts at the local park when the women arrived. He almost thought it was amusing that these short white women wanted to play basketball. Caroline and her friends explained they knew they weren’t good, and they just liked to play; hoping a compromise could be reached. Tyler said they were there first. Caroline tried explaining there were plenty of courts if they just consolodated a little.
Neither was expecting the Great Shift.
Tyler tried to shake off the strange light that made him feel light headed, but when he realized how pale, short, scrawny, and definitively feminine his body had become, that proved very hard to do. Caroline wasn’t doing much better in Tyler’s body. As the realization of what had just happened came over everyone, they quickly realized squabbles over the court was the least of their worries right now.
