Robert knew he was getting older. He was worried the board would oust him as CEO, and he needed a solution. He didn’t give the body swapping company many specification about the new body he wanted. In fact, after paying them one million dollars, his only request on the form was to be younger. He’d quickly come to regret not giving more details.
He awoke in a woman’s body. Upset, he demanded to be returned at once. As it turned out, he hadn’t read the fine print. The swap didn’t just mean he was taking on a new body, but a new life as well. He was now a poor 25 year old Asian woman who had a job working at a nail salon, hardly the type of person who had another million dollar in their account to afford another swap. He’d have to convince the woman in his body to swap back as well, and she hadn’t exact stuck around.
Getting in touch with a CEO of a Fortune 500 company was actually quite a challenge. Even as Robert knew his own schedule, address, and everything else. It took weeks to be at the exact location to find his old body and beg the woman inside to swap back with him.
She just smiled and offered a very definitive answer: “No.”
